The Fluval Bio-CO2 250L system is a cutting-edge solution for delivering carbon dioxide to your aquarium, ideal for both novice and seasoned hobbyists. Utilizing the safety of biological CO2 production, this system offers the convenience of pressurized delivery without the risks associated with traditional high-pressure systems. Through a natural fermentation process, the Bio-CO2 system reliably produces carbon dioxide for up to 30 days, making it an environmentally-friendly and sustainable option for promoting the growth of vibrant aquatic plants.

This system is designed for easy use, with a straightforward four-step process that requires less than 10 minutes of maintenance each month. The high-quality stainless steel reaction chamber, combined with a 100% silicone gasket, ensures that CO2 is contained securely, while the adjustable bubble counter and nano bubble diffuser allow for precise control over CO2 delivery. For added safety, the system operates at a low pressure and includes a pressure release valve.

Developed in Germany, the Fluval Bio-CO2 250L system comes with everything you need to get started, including starter Bio-CO2 Activator yeast and Booster tablets. The system is also compatible with CO2 level tests, sold separately, for monitoring CO2 levels in your aquarium. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to use tap water at a temperature of 80–85°F and maintain a room temperature between 68–72°F.

Included in the package are the stainless-steel reaction chamber, an adjustable bubble counter with precision regulator, a nano bubble diffuser, a pressure release valve, an inline check valve, two gaskets, a five-foot airline with a gas barrier, and two packets each of Activator and Booster.
