Seachem Impulse 400

The Seachem Impulse 400 is a versatile, energy-efficient pump designed for both fresh and saltwater aquariums, as well as various other applications such as protein skimmers, indoor fountains, and water-cooling systems. It operates quietly and efficiently, thanks to its synchronous motor, advanced impeller, and durable ceramic shaft and bearings. Notably, the Impulse 400 features a stainless steel impeller for added durability.

This pump offers adjustable flow rates, capable of handling up to 400 gallons per hour (GPH) or 1,500 liters per hour (l/h), with a maximum head height of 6 feet (1.8 meters). It includes multi-size hose adapter fittings and suction cups for easy installation and flexibility. The Impulse 400 can be used in both wet and submerged applications, such as in aquariums and ponds, as well as dry or inline applications like skimmers and reactors. For optimal performance, flow regulation can be adjusted up to 400, 600, and 800 GPH. The pump operates at 23 watts and comes with a 7.5-foot (2.28 meters) cord. The hose connector fits 1/2" GAS or 15-20 mm tubing.
